Return Policy for Those Buying Product from Mentor Electronics
Unless otherwise noted on the invoice, all product is guaranteed to meet manufacturer specifications for form, fit, and function. Guarantee is the limit of refund or replacement at the discretion of Mentor Electronics Marketing. A return can be placed up to 30 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified on the invoice. Returns for buyer’s remorse are not accepted without approval from the CEO. Agreement in writing from an authorized representative of Mentor Electronics Marketing are required for all returns.
Parts Purchasing Process for Those Selling to Mentor Electronics
Seller Submits Order: Seller submits lists of parts per the offer price from the Buyer(Mentor Electronics) with the understanding and agreement to the cosmetic condition grading guidelines found here.
Buyer Verification: Upon arrival, buyer will verify counts, evaluate cosmetic grading conditions, and functionality of parts received compared to the order submitted.
All parts regardless of cosmetic condition must be in full working order and must pass all functionality tests. Any parts that do not pass functionality tests can be returned at customers expense or be purchased at the current scrap price. Parts in Fair or Poor condition will have a higher failure rate due to physical damage.
Discrepancies: If discrepancies are discovered between quantities and condition on the online order and what is actually received, the Buyer will contact the seller to discuss details of these differences before making final payment.
If the seller does not agree with the reported discrepancies, the seller may request only the parts and quantities that differ from the original order to be returned at seller’s own expense.
